Nursery places

If you wish to register your interest in a nursery place, please download and complete the attached form by clicking on the link below.  Once completed, you will need to hand the form to a member of the office staff along with the child's original birth certificate for checking.  Please note that the school office opening hours are 8am to 4pm.
